According to the article from CBS News, Obama vetoes a bill about allowing 9/11 families to be able to sue Saudi Arabia's government. President Obama returned the bill to Congress with a letter saying that it might expose America to more law suits from individuals in different countries. Also, the bill, would not protect the U.S. from other attacks. The article states that this is Obama's 12th veto and the Congress has been unsuccessful in override five of them. President Obama and former President George W. Bush are tied with the fewest votes since Warren Harding who had six votes during his short presidency.
