U.S. Warns North Korea about the use of Nuclear Weapons

Defense Secretary Ash Carter warned Wednesday that any attack on U.S. allies or the use of nuclear weapons from North Korea the response from the United States will be "overwhelming." Carter was speaking at the beginning of talks between top people from U.S. and South Korea diplomats and defense officials. These talks were in the response of the growing threat of North Korea's nuclear missile program. The meeting they had was held weeks after the North Koreans had their most powerful nuclear test explosion and after its failed test launch of a ballistic missile.
