Zika Funds are going Nowhere
According to an article from NBC News, hundreds of millions of dollars approved by congress to help fight against the Zika virus. The money won't be going anywhere till next year. That is almost a full year since help against the virus had been requested. It is going to take this long because cities have to bid on the money and the federal agencies then have to decide who they will be giving the money to. While this is happening, Florida has report three new home grown cases of the Zika virus because of this Florida has been demanding quicker help from the government. They need the governments help for controlling the mosquitos and getting people tested for the virus.
